Honey Mustard Sheet Pan Chicken
A low-cleanup chicken dinner with honey mustard glaze and roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 cups broccoli or green beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Toss potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk mustard, honey, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush chicken with sauce and place on the sheet pan with potatoes.
- Roast 25 minutes, add vegetables, brush with remaining sauce, and roast until chicken is cooked through.
