Crispy Chicken Caesar Wraps

Crispy chicken Caesar wraps with romaine, Parmesan, croutons, dressing, and warm tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb chicken breast, cut into 4 thin cutlets
  • 1/2 cup flour, plus 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup panko, plus 1/2 tsp each salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil and 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 romaine heart, chopped, and 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan and 1/2 cup crushed croutons

Instructions

  1. Coat chicken in flour, egg, then seasoned panko.
  2. Heat oil over medium. Cook chicken 4 to 5 minutes per side to 165 degrees F, then rest 5 minutes.
  3. Toss romaine with Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons.
  4. Warm tortillas, add chicken and salad, then roll tightly.
  5. Slice each wrap in half and serve while the chicken is crisp.
